First run in three weeks.
I ran up at galbraith mountain yesterday. My first time running on three weeks. My knee felt weak put the pain was not that bad. The run was about 50 minutes. The views were great so that helped take my mind off of worrying about my knee. The run yesterday reminded me how much I miss running and how running is so soothing when done properly.

I likewhat you say about doing it properly--each day is different...maybe properly is about figuring out how to do it on that day.
